All phone service numbers are trash. No way to get actual help with account or account changes. Their numbers are almost purely for automated payments. The number is so useless that it asks if 'this call for a medical emergency, press 9'. I pressed 9, but another option was already beiing automated to me and I could no longer pick the option. I called the second number and received no help from an actual person. The person referred me back to the automated payment number. Unreal
Been trying for days to talk to human. Their app is useless as it shuts down due to too many redirects. I’m happy this is my last month with this dreadful customer service. I’m looking forward to my new plan with another company.

It amazes me how many negative reviews are in your state. Its actually unbelievable how much of a difference it is.
Reaching your office to speak to someone is like trying to thread a camel through a needle. It’s always either a system failure, closed early for training or getting disconnected after being on your automated system forever.
They are quick to call you and email when they need something, but when you need something, they are the hardest people to get a hold of. Their answering system is not user friendly, takes forever to finally reach the possible dept you are looking for only to then be put on hold forever and then when finally reaching someone, it turns out that they have to transfer you to the right Department and lastly you get transferred to an answering machine, you leave a message and they never call you back.
There is no email address to communicate to them either. Anyways, hopefully with this review, they will actually take the time to call me. Otherwise I will have to go with a different company.
