We have been doing business with Jeff and his staff for several years. Best customer service around. His staff all know the products and if they don't they will find answers. We drive 2 hours to buy our spirits. Each visit Jeff shares his latest findings on bourbon or vodka or the latest beers. You can't go wrong at Central Wine and Spirits.
OK, Central is not a warehouse, but they have a nice selection of unusual beers and wines. I was looking for Dogfish Head and they had several different flavors. The employees are very helpful.
Highly recommend people to stop in and check out Central Wine & Spirits if you are near the area. A great selection and very helpful staff. I had shopped here from time to time to get a few bottles and always found what I was looking for at a good price. When I went in recently to stock up, i noticed that they didn't carry one of my favorite bottles but when I asked about it they told me they would add it to their next delivery order and sure enough they had it on their shelf for me in the next 2 days! That is awesome customer service in my book!! I have made Central Wine & Spirits my go-to store now.
This is THE place for everything related to “Adult Beverage”! They have a HUGE selection, a great layout and if you can’t find what you want or you need a suggestion the staff is right there to help you out! They will even special order anything that you want (as long as it’s distributed in Kansas)! Locally owned, cool staff, great prices. #EverythingImportant
I was trying to look out for my Dad! He bought something from you and gave it to me as a gift! I didn't want it and when I addressed this you didn't like the fact that you were going to have to take it back! I'm not sketchy at all I was very clear what I wanted done you on the other hand were on the rude side I can tell by the way your employees acted when I asked to speak to you that it's not a happy place! Don't try to spin this to make it look like you were looking out for my Dad! You were worried about your own pocket! You could have just left it to the one star rating but you wanted to comment so this is my response.
