I would not recommend american family to anyone, they lied about the rates they would give and when I gave them a months notice to cancel my policy and I paid on time, they sent a balance I did not owe to a debt collection, Horrible customer service. Any other place is better than American Family after dealing with this

Virginia is very helpful, she has always made sure our insurance doesn't cancel by going the extra step of calling and emailing me to let me know I'm due. Definitely the BEST customer service in town. We've been insured with Shon many years and don't plan on ever leaving! :)
