They bait you in and force you to spend forever at the store then hit you over the head at the end and go against all deals they have out. Do not use T-mobile.
You can find very helpful people at this store. Not only will they care about you needs, they take the time to explain the total package and let you make your own decision. They staff is amazing alderly, Justin and the manager helped us. Alderly (sp) was the one helping us for 4 hours because of a system crash and needing IT. Obama amazed at his patience. Justin helped when he could while taking care of other customers. The manager had to come in an hour before closing because of technical issues. I feel very sorry for them because it want their fault on the technical side. They gave us 100% support and care! Everyone treated us like family and we didn’t mind the wait! They are three musketeers for sure! Four hours worth the waitud83dude09

These guys were awesome. Went out of their way to fix another tmobile stores mistake. Very complicated issue and they helped me fix it. Very helpful.
