Ascension Medical Group Via Christi on St. Teresa

Still waiting on a call from administration for negligence of not taking blood during TRT therapy i'am not a throwaway person and your Dr. and staff have violated my civil rights

I love Via Christi St. Teresa .... it’s my favorite hospital in emergency situation .... nice building and very polite staff ...!ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

I've never had any problems with this hospital I love the short wait times in the er. I will go no where else in an emergency.

The facility is beautiful and clean. But we had an overnight surgery procedure and the nursing staff was awful. They didnt know why my husband was there, his name, and they were never there when we needed them. We will never use this facility again until a new management or rn policy is in place. We were treated like we were not a priority. The first nurse we had didnt have the correct name and turned my husband's dinner away after fasting for over 16 hours because he already ate a sandwich, he was obviously still hungry. It took over an hour for pain medications to be administered. Even when vital alarms were going off, not one nurse came to check on him. I ,with absolutely no nursing experience, had to figure out how to fix them after calling the nursing station multiple times.nnDo not reccomend this facility for anyone! Please do not go there!!

This place is awful All the staff is rude The doctors don't listen to what you say is wrong with you. They just care what their opinion is not yours. I never coming back here again
