The doctor is awesome. She listens to your child's needs and is very sweet and understanding. I give her 5 stars!!!! Unfortunately had a bad experience with the secretary. I had to reschedule the appointment because I was sick and the roads were bad due to ice and snow. Took like 7 minutes for anyone to answer the phone then the older lady scolded me for rescheduling. She said its like 2:07 and your appointment is at 2:30 is her exact words.. She wanted to know why I was rescheduling and got a huge attitude!! I understand there wasn't alot of time so they could give the appointment to someone else but I know that I'm not the only one during this weather and pandemic who is sick or doesn't want to drive in this weather. Plus it took awhile for her to answer. This secretary needs to check her attitude. Working in customer service for over 16 years I would never treat a client like this!!! Maybe she needs to retire if she doesn't like her job!!! I don't appericate being treated like a child or spoken down to. She needs to be reprimanded for the way she spoke to me. If it wasn't for the fact that I love my doctor there I wouldn't be returning!!!!
