The staff, atmosphere and experience was awesome! They were exceptional at keeping me informed Before during and after my appointment. Including what my other pocket cost would be. I have a background in the dental field and I was definitely impressed with Auburn family dental!! I would recommend this office to my close family and friends.
They are awesome. They clearly explain every detail of what their recommended treatment is, and then try hard to make payment arrangements for the part that insurance doesn’t cover. Coming from a medical background where the doctor offices don’t make ANY kind of arrangements for the part insurance doesn’t cover, I do appreciate an office that knows their patients aren’t millionaires and tries so hard to help make the treatment affordable.
From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was friendly and helpful. The receptionist was friendly and patient even when booking my next appointments. She received calls and walk in patients and asked for back up which they gladly helped.nThe dental hygienist was personable and explained everything before she did it. She also explained the next steps and possible options that might be needed. She even explained the items they had changed as precautions to reduce COVID-19 spread.nThe doctor was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. She leads her team well and is well organized.nI was very pleased with my experience and feel comfortable going back for future procedures.
Was looking for a dentist when I received a postcard from here. I was worried about going to a another new dentist because of past experiences with other dentists. I don't regret going here one bit. Everyone is great! They explain everything thats going on and answer my questions. I recommend Dr Raisdana 100%
Unfortunately I have to give them a bad review, the staff is kind but when I asked billing questions I was given the wrong estimate and paid the estimated amount at the time of the appointment and called and made efforts even after losing my job while pregnant in the pandemic ( I didn't apply for unemployment until this month because I was pregnant so I thought it was just my loss for having a baby and not being able to work if your wondering about that.) to make things right the woman Cindy I think? handling my billing and the one who gave me the wrong numbers was very abrasive and made me feel just felt awful and defensive every time, so I wrongly started avoiding calling over and over again to tell them I didn't have it or all I could do was half the amount agreed at the moment, she was rude every time I couldn't come up with it right then and there, I then figured out how to pay through the portal when I could because how humiliating is it to be trying your best and basically berated every time you called she even refused a lesser payment once and hated taking them, I kept getting 'mean mail' is what I'm going to call it so I didn't call to let them know hey you probably are not going to get paid for a hot minute. I was trying to work something out with the debt and they wouldn't take a penny less than what was owed ( I can't really blame them they did the work! probably unknowing that it wasn't actually fixed because they refused to see me.) but it seems like they just are not willing to try to work with me. How am I supposed to justify paying the full bill when I'm offering all I have and they will not see me to fix the work done and my mouth hurts all the time? I was mislead about what was to be billed it just is not sitting right with me? I also was not able to schedule a follow up appointment, due to the bill, on the two teeth they gave me caps on (They were the billing issue) still hurt to this day and I cant eat on that side of my mouth it is very unfortunate to give them such a harsh review because the dentist and all the other girls were just so wonderful and said to come back if they still hurt because they didn't know if they got everything. Its a mix up for sure and not entirely their fault but at the same time its how it was handled that has lead me to this review and the ache in my mouth that is just not going away. My boyfriend has been a long time client and I encourage him to go back because they treat him well but he's heard and seen everything and is upset he even referred them to me and doesn't think its right so they lost two clients. Just don't let them harass you and document everything over email or something anything if you feel unsure of the situation. ( The estimate was $700 over what they told me. Sorry but that's crazy when your told your insurance will cover almost all of it then they turn around and say nope and stick it to you.)
