We had booked this through Hotwire and it was one of those hot deals. It lead us to believe we were getting a double tree or comparable. The hallway smelled really bad of smoke and the tile floor was dirty and sticky. The room itself wasn’t so bad and didn’t smell, I started pulling back the covers and went to lay down and there was a bedbug crawling across the pillow, I have taken pictures and even caught it in a cup to show management. We were refunded. But just want to give those a heads up about this issue.
I have to say, before anything else, that the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! With that being said, there wasn't much too much to praise. When we opened the door to our room we were hit by a VERY strong scent of MILDEW. ud83eudd22 We found out that the carpet was damp throughout the entire room! When we took off our shoes we found out socks became very damp from walking around the room. This alone would be enough for us to ask for another room but from the small in the hall, we weren't going to get anything better and we might even get one that smelled like mildew AND marijuana. If it wasn't as late and our kinds weren't so zonked and just needed to get in bed, we would have asked for another room. Last factor though; our room was vey, VERY warm when we arrived and it didnt get cooled down until the early morning.nnAll-in-all, a very disappointing experience facility wise; as I said...the staff was very friendly though.
Clean room. Front desk was excellent. Easy parking.
