My technician, Doug, is so professional while being so respectful of my home. Always concerned about anything happening between visits so he can remedy. I feel very safe and bug free with his efforts! It gives me great peace of mind! I would highly recommend to anyone to use Orkin and hope you get to work with someone as good as Doug!
Edited: I canceled the service - too expensive for many issues. Had an employee hit on me and make me feel very uncomfortable. Took quite a long time to actually do the service. I began to feel they don't vet their employees as he told me he was also drinking on the job. Problems also occurred by service not working more times than not. I currently do my own pest control and we have no issues.nnGreat service, will come at anytime if a problem persists. Brian in Salina is especially awesome! Will continue service!!
Our service tech, Luis, is the best! He's extremely informative and always willing to help, anyway he can. He takes the time to listen to our concerns, and offers great tips/advice on how to best address our issues. The detailed reports at the end of each visit are appreciated, as well!

Orkin inspected my attic after I heard sounds in the ductwork from a bat or bats. They sealed holes on the home’s exterior and added cones so bats could get out but not back in the house. Dealing with wildlife could be pretty unpredictable, I’m sure, so I appreciate their work. They will come back in a few days or weeks to follow up and clean and sanitize the areas the bat(s) have inhabited.
