Alan was so helpful. My husband and I were looking at storm doors and a new entry door and he took his time and was very informative. He was interested in what my husband and I were looking for and it was nice to work with someone who was knowledgeable and showed an eagerness to help. Lowes is lucky to have him. Personable too! I had a real hard time getting anyone to help me and when I did she was not helpful at all. She was actually rude as if I was an irritant to her. They were out of B board and I asked her if she can see if I could order some or when it was coming in and she said that they were not going to get it in. I'm sorry but I usually have really good help but not so much today.
Love going in to the flower area, the girls are so helpful, my daughter and I go there often .
Found what I was looking for, one lady who tried to help me needs to brush up on her listening skills before she opens her mouth. A young man helped me and had no trouble at all.
