First of all, the lifetime adjustment warranty for guitars is an exceptional service that I want to mention here because I haven't seen it in the recent reviews or on their site. You will want to ask about it especially if you're buying a beginner guitar or a lower priced guitar.nnThe staff was attentive and helpful without being pushy in helping me narrow down my choices for a guitar. They were also helpful when checking out by having my receipts, warranty info and rebate organized for me. There was a surprising amount of inventory in the store for what appeared to more of a small shop on the outside.nnIt was worth the drive from Wichita to demo before I bought and I enjoyed shopping at this helpful, locally owned business.
I believe I have been here once before for a tuning job on my old violin but not sure. But by the reviews you guys sure do a great job. I'm hsvent played violin for 5 years due to my 2 or 3 violins being stolen but I'm wanting to get back into it. Cant wait to come in an buy my own birthday present lol. Been wanting one for a looooong time.
I went in for a set of strings, had decided to see what the store off the beaten path was like. Holy cow, what a store! Besides great help, they have an amazing inventory. I'm looking forward to the next time to be able to spend some time in the store.
I went to this store yesterday and bought a gorgeous guitar from a very knowledgeable and friendly guy by the name of Ryan. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the right guitar for my price range. This store offered a great selection and excellent customer service! I will be back!
