Been getting stuff from Aarons since I turned 18 when they closed the McPherson store I've had nothing but horrible issues. Sign papers saying payments due on the 14th of every month come the first of the following month I start getting calls harassing me that my bill is due. I gave them my Xbox in February to have it fixed because it had hardware issues and its now October and it just came in but due to covid issues bills fell behind so I can't get my Xbox since I'm late but even tho I had given it to them in February and made all my payments on it they still want to harrang me about it. I've been overcharged for late payments even when I paid on the dates I was supposed to make payments on. So please go anywhere else but here they will never get my business again.
Communication isn't great. Definitely won't be going back or recommending.
I like going in and looking around and seeing all the new furniture that they have the place is always clean and they are so helpful to help you with everything you need
Excellent customer service and fast delivery. I love the easy payment options available. Would recommend to anyone.
Customer service is horrible. They can't fix the furniture when its under warranty. I still have parts missing from my chair they took off. The chair is broke still won't close. They can call and email for payment. Drive you crazy. But for warranty nothing.. Don't waste your money.
