Both of the gentleman that I worked with were so very polite and helpful. My refrigerator died and I needed to rent a fridge until my new one arrived. It was at the end of the work day and they found a way to get me a fridge delivered so that I wouldn’t lose all of my food. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service! In addition, I thought the rental price was fair and competitive! 5 stars!!!
Gary and Justin were very professional and friendly. They set up everything quickly, made sure it was in good condition and working. I love coming into rent one. Justin is the most polite person. If I have questions about anything he can answer them. If he can't, he'll bring someone who can. All the employees are so nice and helpful. Thank you so much for making me feel apart of your family and making me feel like I don't have to buy or rent anything but I love the items I've already purchased and just rented.
