Great service. My daughter had ear infections for a full year before I was referred to Dr. Cossette. He scheduled her for surgery the same week, put the tubes in, and she has been doing well since. PA is very knowledgable and very nice as well. Not sure why all the negative posts.

Knowledgeable and competent. Wanted to put a positive review up since everyone I’ve talk to about him would recommend him. Personally he has always been quick to help me, and give immediate feedback on diagnosis and corrective action.

My son was referred to them by our pediatrician so we could get tubes in his ears. They refused him because they weren’t the ones who had monitored his ear issues his pediatrician did and they also were rude about it I live in Hays it’s an hour drive I’m not taking my son to Salina ever month when he gets a bad ear infection.

Bad customer service. They came in the room and didn't want to take the time hear about the problems. No smiles, very cold vibe they give off. Still had some bleeding on my nose and they said that was the best they could do and left the room. Will not be going back.
