PM Sleep Lab

In home sleep study went well. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on the financial end and they went out of their way to make it right.

Very pleased with the PM Sleep Lab, had great service from scheduling to the actual technician Mitch Defiesta explaining the procedure of the sleep study to just being overall very friendly, funny and helpful guy.

Great staff! Mitch D was professional and friendly. He was hopeful every step of the way. I was thinking about how difficult and awkward this sleeping test was going to be but once I walked in and he introduced himself I felt relieved and I was impressed with his social skills. He explained everything clearly and made sure I didn't feel pressured. Overall 5 stars for sure!

The Day Tech-Kandi was very helpful on what to expect, what to bring and making sure the patient knows. What to expect for initial payment at the start. And for payments expected after the start up, on a monthly basis. She was very professional & personable! The Night Tech-Mitch Defiesta. He's Cool! Very professional & personable! He was very knowledgeable about the sleep study. Making sure the patient was comfortable and informed of what the next step is before, during, and after the sleep study. Kandi was a true professional. She went beyond my expectations with the help an her knowledge of what I needed. If anyone has problems sleeping at night I definitely recommend calling Kandi an ask to schedule an apt.
