Very friendly and polite. The heat didn't work in our room Duncan was very accommodating and moved us to another room. Rooms are small. Over all not bad.
They were not open even though the sign on the door said 8am to 8pm, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call
I was pleased to see a motel in distance. Ease to Saskatchewan. Was not expecting much from it. Although the room was more or less than 10x5. Nice lady that was manager/owner gave me a okay room. Bed was fine. They let me use my battery charger because my car died. In winter they close sidewalks. Like 100-250 ft from the border. Had to get some USD for it. Was moving and stayed for a 3 days
Very nice staff. Very accommodating. Rooms are small but have all you need. Also rooms stay very warm. WiFi in rooms , decent bathroom , clean beds and priced well. Would stay here again.
My room was VERY DIRTY and left with bedbugs! Have stayed in this hotel the past several years and it was in the worst condition I’ve seen it in. After reaching out to the manager and letter her know I never received a call back from her and certainly not even an apology. I don’t plan on returning or would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! Enter at your own risk!
