Listens to every concern or question I have. I never feel rushed out of the office. The absolute best family doctor we have ever had in the 5 different states we have lived in over the course of 20 years. Patient and genuinely caring.

Doesn't send referrals when he says he will, says one thing but does another. When you try to make appts the receptionists either tell you he doesn't need an appt for that, they'll send a message and call you back then never do or tell you that you need more than one appt for it and schedule those. He doesn't seem to actually pay attention to what you talk about in his office even though it feels like he is because the next time you call or go in things weren't done and you have to re-explain everything you've talked about in the past. The hold times are INSANE and it can be a month or longer until you can get in a lot of the time. I'd been on medication for 4 years that he took me off of. I'd called to ask for an appt to talk about side effect, etc but the receptionist said no follow up was necessary. Nobody returns calls, the hold time is at least 20 minutes, and they literally will not schedule appointments if you get through.
