I currently live in a house with four other girls with Capstone3D/Centerline. Finding this place was so easy with Tony, he was always very helpful and flexible since it was hard to schedule a time for all of the girls to be present to see the house. At one point before we signed the lease, we weren't sure if one of the girls would be able to live with us and Tony held the house for two days to allow us to figure all of this out. He was great to work with! We love the house and though we have had some problems since it is an older house, Capstone has always been very available. We have never been charged any extra fees or any payments for maintenance or anything. Though I am moving out in August, this is an awesome company to rent from and I really enjoyed living here!

Renting from Capstone was a great experience for me. I was unable to view properties when I moved to town, other than on the internet. And having a dog that is on the city's aggressive breed list, made things more difficult. Capstone and their employees were willing and able to help me locate and rent a property with short notice during the summer months (which is unheard of in this town).nnThe staff was always helpful when I needed anything and friendly in their response to requests. I would recommend Capstone to anyone, as they manage some great properties and take pride in their status in the community. I will definitely keep them in mind when I am searching for my next place.
