I had an early morning appointment and he wasn’t in office when I got there so I waited about 45 min, in pain, for him to arrive. After getting started on a root canal, he huffed and became very grumpy. After sighing about 40 times (no joke) and not having any bed side manor, he had me in tears! He is very rough with his procedure. The lady who sat in the office area was just as bad! She talked like a valley girl teenager and definitely tried to be disagreeable. Over all experience was just a negative one. Afterwards, there was no check up or follow up on the phone, I felt he basically booted me out of his chair and didn’t care about his work. I told everything to my dentist who did refer me to him, and my dentist felt so bad. Eventually telling me that there have been so many complaints noting the same issues I was bringing up.

He makes you feel calm and checks on you during the procedure. He is extremely nice and professional. He asks if you have any questions and is genuine. I LOVE DR. RETALLICK!!!!!

Absolutely terrible!!! He pretty much messed up my teeth once the root canal was done... very unprofessional

Laughed at my questions about the procedure, made me feel extremely stupid. Worst dental experience of my life.
