Terrible experience. Asked during enrollment if they accepted our insurance and we were told they did. Go in for treatment, give them insurance, and later get a bill for the full amount. Insurance denied. Every possible test for a sinus infection was run. Talk to staff, no help on the bill. My fault for taking their word that our insurance would work. I ended up paying the full amount. My advice, go to the ER.
