Constance was the best hotel clerk I've ever encountered and deserves any and all recognition possible for her efforts. Our stay was great. We had a big family group and due to some miscommunications between my family and I we had to change our reservation around multiple times. Constance embodied grace, kindness, and understanding in every interaction we had. She was super personable and made us feel perfectly welcome and at home. Once she saw that we had a large group and kids that were super excited about the pool she upgraded our room to a big suite for no charge and gave us the pool key early to ensure our kids got to swim. We will be staying at this hotel every time possible and I hope that Constance is working. The world is a better place with people like Constance.
Very friendly staff and clean hotel amenities. We stayed here unexpectedly while moving cross country due to a veterinary emergency, and they graciously waived the pet fee for each night of our stay.
Fantastic service! Friendly staff, very welcoming. They even had a little qelcome bag for my dog! Very clean establishment as well.
Nice suite rooms. They have a couch, tables and plenty of seating. The pool and jacuzzi were nice too. Staff behind the front desk were kinda rude.
Wonderful service, clean room, excellent location. After driving 12 hours, the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely be back!
