My 80 year old father recently flew into Manhattan, KS. Due to unforeseen circumstances his flight from Arizona was delayed and he did not arrive until 10:30 pm. Resulting in him needing to stay the night in Manhattan. He had nowhere to stay and no way to get there. My internet search led me to Parkwood Inn & Suites. Gabe answered the phone. He patiently listened to my story, explained that they no longer offered the shuttle service, then he offered to pick up my dad at the airport, bring him back to the hotel and help him get settled in. He even texted me to let me know Dad arrived safely. My Dad hasn't stopped talking about how nice Gabe was and how much he appreciated him picking him up from the airport. He appreciated the room and the the great rate for his night at the Parkwood Inn & Suites. Needless to say next time any member of our family has the opportunity to stay in Manhattan, KS we will be staying at Parkwood Inn & Suites. Thank you Gabe for the peace of mind that you gave my family and my Dad. Forever grateful, The Ford Family

Quiet, nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds are are very comfortable and I slept well. I will return when I need a hotel in Manhattan! They have beautiful flowers on the hotel property and the staff were pruning a rose bush and I asked if I could have one for my room and he cut me one! I stayed at this hotel as I was prepping for a surgical procedure very early the next morning and I am grateful he went the extra mile so that I could have a beautiful rose in my room! Superior service at this hotel!

Nice room. Great water pressure. We took advantage of their large selection of movies. Reasonably priced and pet friendly. Nice area with a park right behind the hotel. Small bath towels.

Staying on the 2nd floor and it is hot! The a/c in the room wont get very cold either. The room was clean and and organized but the lack of temperature control I gotta give this place 3 stars.
