Really great place with a very personal and comforting atmosphere about it. Me and my fiancee looked around at different shops and they were very pushy and wanted to sell us the ring that they liked the most. At riddles we were helped by Cadie Grim and she was really good about listening to what we had in mind and trying to find the ring that we would like the most. Great place with a great selection and a good atmosphere, do reccomend.
Very great experience here. The staff were all very personable and made us feel like the only customers in the store. They took their time with us even when other customers entered the store. They never rushed us and I would highly recommend this company who is looking for high quality jewelery and customer service.
I received excellent customer service at this store purchasing an engagement ring. Nayeli has been great to work with. I would highly recommend this store, everyone is helpful and I have had the best experience.
The store is beautiful and remodeled, and the staff really works hard to get you what you want. The repair work is top notch as well.
