I was in love with the ring I got from Kay Jewelers!! Great customer service from manager Tabatha. She was very helpful and very focused on my wants and need in my ring. definitely recommend shopping there for your loved one anytime of the year!

I called this Kay Jewelers 2 weeks before my wedding because I lost a diamond in my engagement ring. Because of COVID everything is taking 3-4 weeks to get back from being sent off. They worked with me and found a jeweler that would be able to fix my ring before my wedding. I was so happy to hear that and it came back looking amazing. They have great customer service and I will continue to go back for all my jewelry needs.

When they open back up, go to another jewelry store! I want to save people that work hard for their money from spending it at Kay Jeweler! The quality of their jewelry is 3rd rate! So here we are a little more than a month from our wedding. We bought the rings from Kay Jewelers before the COVID-19 shut down, so we were lucky that we got them sized and returned. Now my fiancee’s wedding band is falling apart, broken stud, cracked where they sized it and Kay’s only response is drive two hours away to Kansas City and let them look at it. Here’s my prediction, we go there, they take the ring, and we don’t get it back before the wedding. You would think that Kay would adapt to the current situation, like a lot of companies, and figure out how to take care of customers, especially after they buy an item that is meant to last a lifetime and by the way, the cost of the ring isn’t adding up to the quality that they promised.

I would like to thank Cathy for her excellent customer service. She spent a lot of time to find me a beautiful bridal set in my price range. She was very friendly the whole time and never gave up. I had a wonderful experience and left with a ring I’ll love forever.

I bought my husbands wedding band from Kays and they have been sizing it for a month now. I still don’t have it back. I tried to call to ask about the ring and they didn’t answer the phone until the 4th time I called. They sales associate then told me that they were “busy” and would call me back when I asked a question about the ring. I’ve worked in the Manhattan mall, it’s never busy.
