I bought my wife's engagement and wedding rings at Reed and Elliot 34 years ago. Over the years when we were back in Manhattan, we would stop by to get her rings cleaned. When we decided to upgrade, after 34 years, we went back to Reed and Elliott, even though we live in Kansas City. Their customer service is exceptional. They are friendly, informative and helpful. Small town service that you don't get in big cities. I can't say enough how pleased I am with them.

We find them through a search on the gem society website, and they are the only accredited member in town, their services are good. Although they only sell high quality products which is more expensive, we brought wedding ring there because we trust them
