When I walked in, I gave them my price range and custom design and they said they could do it. I thought I might have to dumb down the design, but they enhanced it, and they did it for way less than anyone else I had checked with. It ended up costing them more than they had quoted but they honored their quote. Honest jewelers who make good conversation are hard to find. I highly recommend.

My husband bought my engagement ring here in 2013, not only were we satisfied with our purchasing experience but we are so incredibly satisfied with the years of high quality customer care that have followed. We now live out of state and will always make an effort to ensure Pfeifley's has our business even if it means driving across state lines to shop.

I have never left Pfeifley’s less than 110% satisfied and well taken care of. They have such high quality and unique jewelry. My fiancé had a wonderful experience working with them to create a custom engagement ring. I have taken in broken jewelry from other jewelry stores and they fixed it for cheaper than where I purchased it would cost. Over all, amazing experience. I will not be buying jewelry from any where else than Pfeifley’s!

I recently got my stone tightened here and they did it faster than they estimated and it was SO MUCH cheaper than I expected! My ring looks brand new, I couldn’t be happier with the jewelers here.
