Everytime I have gone to this location I've been met with kindness and patience. When my newly upgraded phone malfunctioned FOUR times. My issue was resolved. I was being stubborn and trying to stay loyal to my brand. Pablo was understanding. He did everything in his power to help me! I truly am glad it was this location that I was dealing with. The service is top notch! In the end I switched brands and honestly I don't regret it. I will be loyal to Sprint/t-mobile as long as they continue to keep employees like Pablo happy! Thanks Pablo, for your fantastic service and kind personality!

Pablo is the literal best. Good customer service is so hard to come by. His is beyond good. Him as Jasmine went above and beyond to get me figured out.

I was coming inside the store to do all my business so I wouldn't mess it up. Well co.e to find out. It was all messed up. Switching to Verizon. Not my ideal carrier but I've invested too much money doing the right thing. Just to be told I was wrong. If you can't trust the people in the store to do the right thing. What can you do. I'm a 20+ years customer. Sad way to end it.
