Manager (female) needs help with customer service. Visited store on Dec. 6th. I was not pleased with photo cards and manger basically told me too bad. Please provide better customer service.
I love Staples and it's products. However every since Lee was the manager of the store it's gone downhill. My husband and I are not young and tech savvy. When we went into Staples for a replacement battery, the young guy said we had to go online and order it ourselves. How do we install it? My sister had the exact same experience on Friday. The customer service is lacking. Older customers need more hands on help than millennials. I'm not sure what their job is if it isn't customer service. Maybe it's corporate policy, but I get better service from Best Buy. I'm glad Lee got a promotion, but we miss him in Manhattan KS.
Updated review: staff informed me they no longer want my business unless I wear a face covering. This wasn't an issue last week.
Is Staples against the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 that prohibits discrimination based on disability? My disability was ignored regarding a mask because “it’s our policy”.
Had the wonderful opportunity to be checked out today by a guy named Cooper. He was very friendly and greeted us with the biggest smile I’ve seen all day! He was very personable and made my day. I will definitely be back to this store again.
