I have had many positive experiences at Manhattan Primary care. Dr. Platz has always been thorough when asking and answering questions, reviewing my history, etc. Recently during the COVID-19 pandemic I had an urgent health need and was able to call, get an appointment the same day, and conduct a telehealth visit from my computer. Dr. Platz was very helpful and communicative. I believe healthcare is a two-way street and he and the staff at Manhattan Primary Care definitely seem to understand that.

Nice doctor, but saw him three times across a year without answers for a chronic illness I was dealing with. The right tests were apparently never run, as the autoimmune disease I eventually was diagnosed with was found after the first appointment with my new doctor elsewhere.

Dr. Platz is an excellent primary care physician! He has been great to work with since moving to Manhattan. He is very attentive, thorough, and makes sure to address any and all questions and concerns. After having surgery out of state, his office called to check on my recovery. The surgeon's receptionist and nurse even commented that I found an excellent doctor, based on the office's promptness in sending my records and referral and calling to follow-up. I have been very pleased with my care and everyone at Manhattan Primary Care!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Platz and his staff. He always offers inexpensive options and allows me to decide how to proceed with my treatment. I find this to be extremely considerate. The staff is also friendly and efficient, they call to follow up and make sure that your condition has improved.
