Peck Roger G MD

My experience with Dr. Peck has been positive and he was responsible for properly diagnosing a herniated disc. Same with the PA/NP. The low rating is due to the office and support staff. They rarely follow up and don't seem to forward messages. I have called in and also left info and messages through their online system that have been ignored. When someone is in pain, needs advice or follow up on medical condition or is pending that the staff schedule an ordered test or procedure, they should not have to continue to contact the office to receive this support. Very unresponsive and sometimes a poor attitude. This corporate provider once cancelled an appointment with a specialist without even telling me.

Great doctor and wonderful staff, especially his nurse Lani.
