Pediatric Associates

My kids have been seen here since 1999 (first child) always treated respectfully and my concerns taken seriously and when necessary referred to Children's Hospital for specialists. Flu tests are given here my daughter had three given in 2019 and all three times she had flu A, A/B, and then B over the course of four months. I recommend ALL the physicians here as I have had children seen by all at one time or another. Dove included. Always treated respectfully.

Staff has always been polite and very gentle.

We seen Dove today and it seriously was the worst experience ever she didn't listen to what I was saying and continued to argue and repeat herself for treatment even though we have been doing the same treatment for the last yr nothing got accomplished in our drs visit I will never take one of kids to her ever again after waiting on hold for 40 minutes saying our regular dr Duff was out of the office all week which we were misinformed by the front and my child has to be seen again for the same thing in a week by our regular dr if we weren't misinformed about our dr being out of the office we could have seen him instead and wouldn't have been stressful and seen again I dont like having to go into the drs offices multiple times especially during a pandemic.

We always have a positive experience when visiting or interacting with the Pediatric Associates. From booking appointments, to calling in with questions and concerns, they have friendly staff to help you. We also love our Dr, Dr Duff who gives us as parents the support we need with answering questions to giving feedback on what to expect in the next months of growth.

Dr. Duff was my doctor growing up as a kid and now hes my 4 month olds doctor hes always extremely helpfull and understanding and always cares about his paitients
