Dr. Kyle had up and leave due to better job opportunities. I really do love the new doctor there. HOWEVER, it is nearly impossible to get seen, because he bounces between clinics, not his fault, but the new receptionist is down right rude. She’s the older woman. She lacks customer service completely, she speaks to customers rude, looks at customers rude and treats military members like they are dirt. She is unable to keep up with the work flow there, says she has called me several times in which I have never received a phone call from her, her response is maybe you should keep up on your referrals. Just plain rude! Get a new receptionist, I know plenty of people who are much more competent who would love to have this job!

Dr. Neville is amazing. The whole staff is amazing. Mary is very kind and they both have great conversation. I was seeing them when I was active duty and now I am medically retired. I had to poke and prod the VA to get them to get me local pain management. I have had my pain injections and now nerve ablation with them. They make me feel comfortable. Almost like I am at a friend's office. He genuinely wants his patients to be as pain free as possible but he gives you all tue information up front and never pressures me. I have to keep getting the ablations done for a few years and I will continue coming here!

Dr Neville's may be a great CRNA but he is not a medical doctor. Should not be misleading patients and pain management is the practice of medicine, not nursing

Flint Hills Pain Management is a wonderful office! The staff is great and very helpful and Doctor Southwick is an amazing doctor. I love that he and his nurses really take time to listen to you and check on you. I highly recommend them to anyone with ongoing pain issues looking for pain relief!
