8/18/15 Current management is blind eyed, tin eared, disrespectful and lackadaisical in their duties, and makes decisions based on their personal wants rather then best interest.of residents. Sad because it wasn't always like this.nnWill update rating if and when current situation changes and problems are resolved. Until then I can not recommend this specific facility.nnUpdate: 3/19/18 After complete change in personnel difference is like night and day. Office Manager is extremely professional, proficient and caring, new service coordinator doesn't hide in her office behind locked door but actually coordinates service, and the overall maintenance of the building and grounds has vastly improved. We are now have things available like wii bowling, bingo, coffee get togethers, occasional BBQ and pot lucks, exercise groups and many others. Walking group currently being organized. Moreover office is most helpful and open to any suggestions you have have. Having been a resident here for a number of years I can now honesty recommend this National Church Residence facility.
