It’s a nice experience!! The girl works there named Taylor is really helpful and sweet. There should be more people like her working in the banks.
There Curtesy Overdrafts is terrible!!its not what they tell you. you can only use it tops 3 times if more then the three you are in trouble they don’t send notification that there cutting it off.so that mean your bills is in trouble.myself have money direct deposit in to My account it’s not like I’m putting money in to the account you get your money before I get my money.

It's unfortunate that Kansas State does business with this bank. They'll charge you to cash their own check if you don't have an account with them. Only bank I have run into in Manhattan that does this. Local banking that is just nickel and diming for no reason. I would encourage everyone to head down to KS StateBank instead.
They are not attentive at the drive through window. Took 10 min to be greeted.
