I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company from Landmark to now.nnI miss having people on site because the security could be better, but I've been fortunate to have such wonderful dealings with this place. I've been there for 4 years and no issues.
Absolutely the worst. Do not store anything that you don’t want ruined. In actuality, you can store water/pool just fine, because the units leak and ruins your child’s furniture by impregnating it with mold and water damage. Then you will realize that all the money you entrusted into their insurance was better off being spent on ANYTHING else because it will not cover the water from their facility that is on TOP of the furniture. But hey, if a sonic boom happens and ruins your stuff, your covered and good to go.
My unit was broken into because they don’t secure their empty units, and rather than provide the authorities with the video surveillance footage, they would not work with the police to rectify the situation.nnThey never have staff on site, everything is remote.nnAnd when I scheduled my date to have the unit walk through so I could close the account, the person I spoke with gave me a date for the move-out and I wouldn’t be charged. Lo-and behold, I still have to pay for a month in which the unit is empty.nnWould not recommend
Couldn't ask for a better storage.
I have been a customer since before Red Dot takeover. When it was Landmark. The security and customer service was so much better before the unmanned location took over. The previous managers will be GREATLY missed!
