Ordered my dogs meds back in may, got charged twice and only received 1 package for triple the cost of a regular pharmacy...stay away and go to you local pharmacy....will be disputing the charges with my bank....

I ordered my pet's flea and tick prevention along with heartworm prevention from Pet Supplies 4 Less. Apparently, Pet's Choice Pharmacy fulfills their orders. I ordered my supplies over a month ago and never received same. When I contact Pet Supplies 4 Less and Pet's Choice Pharmacy to let them know about the issue, they stayed that they believed it was delivered and there may have been an issue with the USPS delivery. That there is nothing they can do. I have been ordering my pet medication with them for years now and they are unwilling to and refuse to provide any type of resolution. Do not order your supplies with them as their customer service is horrible and unhelpful.

Very very slow and they do not return calls. Ordered meds on Wednesday, paid $4.99 shipping and handling for a bottle that weighs approximately 8 oz. It is now Wednesday evening a week later. Still haven’t received. This is not the first time this has happened with delivery or having a phone call returned. It will however be the last. Have found several suppliers who do not charge for shipping and 1-2 days delivery.

All my experiences with staff, medication have met our standards . The prices are reasonable and shipping has never been delayed. Our famy highly recommends.

I have been ordering my dog's Heartgard here for several years now and this company is efficient and competitively priced. Always ships quickly. Never had a problem.
