I called and was scheduled an appointment right away! Shawn came to my home, was friendly and knew the exact issues. He ordered the parts needed and came back two days later to make the repairs and collect payment.nI recommend this company and Shawn and appreciated his help to fix, not one but three of my appliances.
The owner was absolutely unprofessional and used the profane language. We will continue to buy local but not here.

Horrible customer service. I went into there with no knowledge of dryer parts looking for answers and he basically told me he wouldn't talk to me or help me at all unless I paid him $70 up front to come to my house. He was very rude. When I tried to ask when he would be able to come to my house he just walked out of the room and the lady at the other desk had to talk to me for him. If you don't buy from them they don't care. I will NEVER give them any of my money.
