Just moved in, have some experience living out here before. Great little community of people & reliable landlords. Quality affordable places to live, not your normal trailer park at all. They are in the process of remodeling & replacing trailers so they have openings. Definitely worth checking out even if you aren't use to living in a trailer. Bonus: they allow pets.
In my opinion this place is amazing. They have done so much work to clean it up and make it a nice place to live. I’ve read some on the one star reviews that are from years ago. I feel like if they came back now they would change their minds. Mikki is a very friendly person and helped us with our decision on which place was best to choose.
They seem to have done a lot of improvements. Mikki, the manager was able to answer any questions that I had. She seems to have great plans for the future of this park. This park is much more than I expected in a mobile home park. Allowing pets is also a big plus in my opinion.
Mrs. Miller is a fantastic manager. She has cleaned up the whole park and has put in so much effort to make it a nice neighborhood to live in.
