Staff are helpful and nice. The room itself smelled damp and somewhat musty. The bathroom had peeling paint on the walls and visible mildew. The office chair was seemingly broken. Otherwise the room was okay and comfortable enough to sleep in, and in a good place in Hutchinson. Wifi worked very well, TV worked well. Mini fridge and microwave worked well.

Service is okay. Whole place smells like cigarettes, rooms are okay but stains all over walls, towels and walls torn up. AC makes the room humid and not cool.. tiny cheap pillows.. definitely not worth the price at all..

My father and I came to town for a funeral and chose to stay here... BIG MISTAKE. Just walking in the hallway and the smell was horrible. The first room they gave us was dirty and had a big hole in the ceiling. I called and told them I wanted a different room. They put us in a different room on a different floor and it was just as bad. The smell was awful. Walking down the hall and they had SEVERAL doors propped open and the windows open (I'm sure they were trying to air out the rooms). I went to the store and had to buy air freshener just to be able to stay in the room. You might ask why we didn't leave and go to a different hotel, well that's cause they either didn't have a room or was almost $200. The room hadn't been wiped down or dusted in good knows how long. The fridge was full on stocked like someone lived there. This whole ordeal was ridiculous and I'll never stay at one of the hotels again.

Went there for a basketball tournament and lets just say I used a half can of lysol and my own cleaning spray on the room tub & beds I allowed the team coach to make the reservations and I would never do that again. And the stairs to my room had a hole in them under the dirty carpet so you had to watch your step. But the front desk was very nice and helpful so the why the got 2 stars
