L & D Speed Queen Laundry

Most of the machines are broken. The floor is ripped up due to flooding. Towels and fans, cords on the floor.nAfter I started my wash. I took my soap out to my vehicle. As soon as I left an employee started to go through my machines and was startled when I caught her. This will be my first and last visit here. I'm taking my clothes and business to another laundromat to dry them. Very uncomfortable here.

Do not come to this place to do your laundry. Ii showed up at 5:10pm with an extra small load (see picture)...and the doors were already locked. The guy told me the last wash was at 5:15...? But it was 5:10pm.nnMost of the machines are broken, i had my last machine here take my money twice...and i walked here in 98°...the other laundry mat in town is MUCH more customer responsive, and their machines work 10 times better. This place is a hole in the wall...more like a money laundering scheme for meth heads and chomos.

Never fails I leave this laundry mat mad, thought after not coming here for over a year (even though it's closer to me) that some more washers that are constantly breaking would be replaced and fix the dryers...nope. come here and it's still the same will blame issues on the city or customers/previous employees. I can't speak for the other laundry mats, but if you want an awesome experience and not have issues with your washers or dryers each visit save yourself the trouble and just go to giant laundry.

Nice Laundry Mat, always willing to help

I came in to wash a blanket and some work clothes. I quickly found a nice washer that looked brand new for $3. I started to put my laundry in one of these washers and all I could smell coming from the washing machine was feces. I then decided against that one and moved a few washers down and started loading my laundry. While doing so the man that was working just started standing over me and watching me and my woman loading the washer. Made me super uncomfortable like I was doin something wrong. Then he continued to stare at us from his counter in the back of the store. Every time I turned around we made eye contact which was super weird. I felt like I was being accused of something and I was honestly waiting for him to say something to me. After all that the washer we used didn’t even clean our clothes. It got them wet it didn’t wash any soap out or even really rinse it. The blanket and clothing in that wash were pretty much dry. I decided then and there that I would not be coming back. The feces then the pushy worker, plus to top it all off I had to go to a different laundry place because the $3 brand new washer was wrong. And wouldn’t you know it, the guy that was uncomfortably watching me from across the store just happen to see everything except our washer not cleaning our clothes. And I’m sure if I asked for a refund he would say that’s just how they work. I’m never going to this place again. I’m glad I have options here.
