I told my doctor about my gradual weight gain and how I’m very concerned about it. I told her I wanted to talk about other medicine I could take. She told me that because of the recent lose of my grandfather, I had been eating too much out of sadness, and that’s why I’ve gained weight. I told her no, I’ve been going to the gym and I’ve changed my eating habits to be healthier and I’m still having trouble. She repeated what I said above.nnI found it incredibly insulting!!! I have really ever been happy with the care there, but this is the last straw for me.nnFrom my experience, they higher fresh medical professionals or ones that can’t find a job anywhere else.

I have gone to Prairie Star for My Medical Treatment since 2014 & I Loved it, I Love Dr Rogena Johnson, (my PCP) Best Dr. I've EVER had. I got a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago stating that Dr. Johnson was no longer there, I was in Total Shock & Disappointment !! Dr. Johnson was the Chief Medical Officer at Prairie Star & Loved by Many. I want to say I am Very Upset that Prairie Star let her go, She was a Great Asset to Prairie Star. This was NOT her Choice. I say let the CEO go & ask Dr. Johnson to come back !!!

Was there with my wife on the medical side the doctor or the nurse didn't tell they called one pharmacy and been told another one. And the people in front started to treat us like we are stupid. That is very unprofessional of them. If they want to treat people like that and blame everyone for their mistakes. Their in the wrong field.

Would give zero if I could. I always paid my co-pays at visits, I'm on a sliding scale and have no insurance. I paid towards my bill when I could but apparently they feel the need to sue me for the one thousand dollars I owe them, in the middle of a pandemic.

Fiance broke a tooth in may. Made appt, had to wait till June. They checked the tooth and rescheduled for July 13. They called and rescheduled to july 27. Fiance went to have broken tooth pulled. They pulled the tooth behind it, and left broken tooth. Will not be returning
