We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Pratt Inn and Suites. We stayed in January 2018 when it was a Hampton Inn and loved it, and figured we'd try it again this trip. We are SO glad we did! We visited Pratt for my sister-in-law's wedding, and the staff was so accommodating to our big party, and even invited family members not staying at the hotel to a hotel BBQ they were hosting that night. In addition to their hospitality, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was both impressive and delicious. We can't wait to stay again!
The Inn was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would find in a hotel in a larger city. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Parking was not an issue and it was close to the highway and town. The staff were welcome and accommodating.nThe hot breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay here. We were coming from Arizona and needed a place to sleep and they were very accommodating to our needs and we are so grateful.nKimberly was at the front desk and she had amazing customer service and was so friendly we enjoyed our experience with her as well. She was very organized and accommodating and made sure we had the best stay. Our room was upscale and everything was so clean.n10/10 recommend staying at this hotel. I enjoyed it more than many of my hotel visits with many other name brand hotels! Highly recommend a stay here.
The Hotel was very clean , comfy beds ,the food was amazing ,the pool was an extra bonus for the grandchildren.the people that work there are very helpful and kind I had little issue with a shower and they came and fixed it right away, it was a wonderful place to stay. Would def recommend staying at this hotel
I walked in to warm smiles and BBQ! Wow... never been greater so friendly. Will definitely stop by next time we drive through again. The ladies at the front counter were amazing,efficient, and fast. Had me in my room in no time. And I've never been greeted with BBQ. That made my night after a 14hr drive. Thank you so much!! You saved these tired movers!!!
