I love not being locked into a contract! I’m able to call Kaw Valley Exterminator when I’m in need of their services, and they have someone out as soon as possible. No contracts, no paying in advance, just great service whenever I need it!
We had been satisfied customers since 2012 until the last visit. The two techs who arrived to perform our annual termite inspection were very friendly but did not do thorough work. Their termite inspection was interior only. I was with them from the time they arrived and they did not perform an inspection of the exterior of the house or garage. Termites generally enter a building from the soil and create tracks on the foundation. Don't know if they lacked training or were just in a hurry.
We had a great experience with Bob who came to our home to spray for spiders. He was kind, friendly, and talkative! He was right on time and Kaw Valley Exterminator is VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
