We stayed at the Bed and Buggy Inn recently while visiting some friends for their anniversary. It is a charming place, with an incredibly friendly host! We enjoyed the superbly comfortable bed in an immaculate room. Breakfast was available at the time we specified, and Shari went out of her way to accommodate our preferences and dietary needs. Having the chance to pet her horses and talk with her about all things horsey was a joy as well. If we had had more time, I would have scheduled a trail ride with her. The Bed&Buggy is far enough out of town to feel like a vacation, but close enough to other amenities if you want them. We enjoyed the coffee shop and poking around in downtown Wamego. It's also close to Manhattan for shopping, restaurants, etc. I can't say enough good things about it. Can't wait to stay again!
Great place to get away from it all. Shari was a wonderful hostess. I would highly recommend staying at the Bed & Buggy Inn!
It's new. The mayor of St. George, Kansas recommended it as reasonably priced and worth a visit. :)
