We had booked the Wizard of Oz Suite but there had been an incident so we were moved to another room. The rooms are decorated so well. Very cute! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great stay!
Rates change weekly even on extended stays. Staff at hotel is great but management is not on site and are rude. Getting issues resolved can take days to weeks to be addressed. The rooms are large and comfortable but housekeeping is on you due to Covid.
Reserved a room over the internet. Gave credit card information and everything. Got here from Oklahoma for them to tell us there were no available rooms. My father in law's memorial service is tomorrow and we are scrambling to find a room, in another town I might add. What is the point of reserving ahead of time and giving credit card info, just for us to not be helped?
I always stay here. I love the themes in the rooms. They now have an online system. I hope it pays off. They have friendly staff. Good location too.
I had to fly down home immediately after hearing my mother’s cancer had taken a turn for the worst. The simmer has been so amazing to me and my family. They are super accommodating and helped out with a lot. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the beds and pillows are awesome as well. Mourning the loss of my mom was made a bit easier with their help. Prices are great and they have weekly rates as well that helped so much. Thanks again guys. Your front desk clerk was so helpful as well!
