The associates are friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely be back!nnI bought a Stihl MS 250 after my POS Poulan's crankshaft assembly snapped. I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door, and upon explaining that I was looking for a a seasonal use chainsaw with an 18 inch bar for hardwood trees, was pointed to a saw on sale for $299. I had done online research and this was the model I had settled on, the sale was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed no attempted upselling into a more expensive saw that I really didn't need. They filled out and mailed the warranty paperwork when I checked out, as well as giving me a quick tutorial on operation and use. The saws are sold off the shelf, with the manual, wrench, and screwdriver being included in a ziplock bag; I appreciated not having to deal with packaging. They are the dealer and repair point for Stihl, which is convenient.
