Bentley and I loved Fur Family!!! They were always very friendly and helpful! Reception staff is great, especially Julie. We were only with them a short time due to being military but when it came down to making sure we had everything we need to get Bentley overseas with us they did just about everything they could. Highly recommend them and they are in network with Embrace insurance.
The people were amazing. My dog was having an emergency and they fit me in and took good care of her! They truly care and I appreciate that! It helps they also offer a payment plan! I will always use Fur Family. ❤
Dr. McKeage is highly knowledgeable. She and her assistant Julie know how to deal with animals in the most humane way. My dog is a large-sized golden retriever & he literally wagged it’s tail while a microchip was being installed – probably didn’t even notice it!
I'm writing this review based on only talking, emailing, and having one visit with this hospital. When I first called them to ask questions about their clinic, the ladies I spoke with over the phone and email were so nice! They were respectful and answered all the questions that I had. I was using the Little Apple Vet Clinic in Manhattan Ks but switched because they were insulting and disrespectful. Today my dog Beastie had her first appointment with them. After dealing with a rude clinic coming here was like a breath of fresh air. The DVM Megan Mckeage called to let me know about my dog and was very friendly. Everyone that I talked to at this clinic was amiable. They seem to care about the animals and not just money. I would recommend anyone to go here. I'm delighted with the care that my little girl received and plan to continue to go here. I also received a first-time visit image of my dog, which I think was nice, and it shows me that they go the extra mile for their customers and clients.
Sought out a different vet and second opinion due to a reoccurring respiratory infection my cat kept having issues with. Making an appointment was so easy and mine was last minute and they were so kind to accommodate me. My cat loved the vet visit and Was calm as ever, not a single meow after his treatment, and got lots of treats (he’s greedy lol), the staff were very informative and kind, and the veterinarian was so amazing! I could really tell she cares about animals and didn’t just send me home with the same medicine that had no effect on my kitty before at a previous vet I went to. And the best part is the Scratchpay financing service they offer that makes brought me to ease with the payment, lord knows vet care cost a bit. This is definitely our new vet from here on out, thank you so much ud83dude0a!
