We love the Doctor but her staff needs to work on their customer services skills they actually do not acknowledge you when you go in and you can stand there for a long awhile until you take the initiative and try to stop a staff member. Also, when you are able to get their attention they do not have any answers to the questions. It would be nice if we could talk to the Doctor and if her staff have some training on customer service.

I brought my cat in to get his hair shaved. I soon realized after I brought him home that he was traumatized, he didn’t want to leave from under the bed. I today found out the reason why. They clipped his nails, which I normally would be fine with. The issue here, they didn’t ask me, they just did it. We have another cat and two dogs in the house-hold they were crowding around him, so now I understand why he was hiding, he can’t defend himself for having no nails.

My previous vet told me that nothing could be done for my pups eye condition, within a few months konza healed said condition. I'll be forever grateful that my pet is finally comfortable and can see clearly for the first time in her life

I've found my new vet! They were so gentle with my older dog when he had been hurt and developed an infection from it. They gave me affordable pricing and we're very understanding. These are the people I'll be switching over to for all of my vet needs. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
