Unfortunately, this hotel was a dive. I enjoy staying at Best Westerns because of their consistent quality and cleanliness. This room and overall hotel were old and dirty. There was thick dust on the headboards, the carpet truly needed replacing, and the room lighting was fluorescent white light. The only redeeming quality was their breakfast burrito and salsa.

This hotel was our only available choice for a last minute college football weekend. We paid a premium for the two rooms we booked. We were surprised by how unclean the facility was and we had problems with noisy utilities, television reception, and general services.nWe actually had to move to a different room on the first night because of a faulty system.nUnbelievably, they also charged us a “ miscellaneous charge” of $80 for a make-up soiled towel and a blanket. A child had spilled a little chocolate milk. I took the soiled item to housekeeping immediately. Never had that type of response in any hotel, ever. Unbelievable!
I was very pleased with everything at this Best Western
Super staff at this location. Only downfall is no elevator. Fresh breakfast here! No powdered eggs! Lots to do in Manhattan....enjoy
