Not a great experience. Some of the employees wearing masks, some not. The door to our room was just open, the bed had black flak's on it we had to brush off, shower head was broken, NO towels. Room was nothing like it looked online.
Very clean, reasonably priced, just plan something else for breakfast
Will never stay here again. Checked in at 4:30 and was not told about an early check in fee. There are no signs stating there is a check in fee and the front desk did not tell us of this fee. I called to ask the manager to refund my $35 and she was very rude, yelled at me, and was very argumentive, and says it's their policy. Well it should be a policy to inform guest of any fees. I will be making a complaint to corporate. If you value your money you will not stay here. They charge fees because they feel like it. Manager doesn't care about your complaints just about money. Don't stay at this hotel! The manager is horrible and so is this hotel.
I don't know what I was expecting but this was not the rooms were dirty (hair on and under sheets) and some other stuff like dust on the top of bed backboards the pools where always clean (and mostly empty of people) thanks to corona there was no breakfast except small bags that had a muffin and a banana not mention our room were advitized as a sweet. They were not they were normal rooms overall customer service was great tv was fine and everything worked
We loved our two stays here. Honestly, the price was very reasonable. The rooms were great too. We stayed there twice and it will be our “go to” from now on when in Manhattan.
